OUR TRIP FAQ'S
 

Attendance & Regisration:

 

Who can go on the trip? – Our trips are designed for adults 21 and older due to majority of the events requiring 21 and older admittance.  Trips are designed for all ages, but please be advised of all event entry age requirements. Contact a representative for particular events that we host as the age requirement may be different.

 

When can I sign-up? – You can sign up at anytime with a representative and/or on our website under the forms page. You have to sign the terms and conditions form and submit your deposit.

 

How many people can go on the trip? – Our trips sell until sold out; please contact a representative for further details.

 

Will there be a wait-list? – Yes, and we will do our best to accommodate these people.

 

What is the wait-list process? – Once the trip is full, you will be placed on the wait-list on a first come first serve basis. If we receive cancellations, we will move people off of the waitlist in order (like bidding). Once you are moved off the wait list, you will be required to have full payment ready, if not, we will move to the next person that has full payment. You can also call to check the status, as we will update the list periodically.

 

Can I come in later/earlier than the dates designated? – We have designated a block of rooms for the specified days only, there is no exception. Please contact a representative for details, as each trip varies.

 

Can I bring my pet? – No, the hotels don’t allow them.

 

Can I bring my child? – Yes, please contact a representative for the children’s rate. A child is considered anyone UNDER THE AGE OF 14. This policy depends on the trip. You have to contact a representative to check the status.

 

 

Pricing & Refunds:

 

What is the trip refund policy? - Deposits are non-refundable and any portion of the trip that you have paid will be subject to administrative fees and cancellations will be accepted only if someone is on the wait list. Refund policy varies dependent on the trip. Our events are normally non-refundable, but that can change based on the event, contact a rep for details.

 

How much is the trip going to cost?  – For complete package information, check out the website or contact your rep.

 

Can I sell or transfer my spot to someone else? - You can do whatever you choose with your package, as long as you contact a representative within 21 days of arrival so that we can notify the hotel and all other parties of the changes. After 21 days, no changes will be made to the listing.

 

 

Transportation Information:

 

What type of transportation is provided? – Check the trip package for details.

 

What time should be arriving at the pick-up location and when will we return? – Please check with your representative for details. We always suggest arriving at the pick up location listed on the flyer, at least 30 minutes prior to departure as we have to take a count of everyone before we can pull off. Also, the longer it takes for people to arrive at the location that will be time taken away from the activities that are set aside for the group. It is solely your call. Contact a rep for return times, as they will vary.

 

What airport will we fly into? – Please check the trip package to see if it is included or not. Airfare is not included unless you request so, and you will choose your airport to fly out/into. Also, in order to get airfare included in your price, please be advised that we can not book airfare unless we have 10 or more people that have requested airfare. Also, you have to agree on the same flights, location, and times in order to get airfare.

 

How are we getting from the airport to our Hotel? – Transportation is not provided, as everyone will be arriving at different times. There are shuttles and taxis at the airport.  A shuttle can be provided, if requested well in advanced.

 

If I choose to have airfare included, will the flights be non-stop? – That decision will be made by your group.

 

When will the flights arrive back home? – That depends on the flights that you choose and everyone in your group decide on.

How are flights assigned?
– This will depend on your choice and also your group.

Can I book my own flights? – Yes. You can book your own flight; we highly encourage that because group flights have many restrictions and are sometimes quite higher in price.

 

 

Lodging Information:

 

What are the accommodations like? – All units are hotel rooms with either king size beds or double beds. Rooms either have 1 bed or 2 beds. There will be no more than 2 beds in a room; sometimes you will have a pull out sofa, depending on the hotel. You can always request a roll-away bed depending on availability at the hotel and sometimes it will be an additional cost as well.

 

How are rooms assigned? –You don't need to have your roommates chosen when you sign-up, if you know who they are, it is good to let us know, so we can make a note of it on the list. Remember Rooming list are submitted 21 days prior to departure, so if we do not know by that time, we submit it as is and you risk the chance of not having a room for the trip.

 

Can I book my own lodging? – No. The lodging is a package with the social events. You may contact a representative to find out if there are alternatives. They will have further information for you.

 

Are the rooms smoking or non-smoking? – All rooms are non-smoking. If a room is found to have been smoked in the hotel will charge the room that cost.

 

Will there be internet access? – Contact a rep for details, all hotels are different. Or you can always check the hotel website for details.

 

What are the check in and check out times for my hotel? - Contact a rep or we can provide the link to the hotel for you to explore yourself.

 

Where is my hotel located? – Check the flyer for the trip, as the details will be outlined as far as the location and name of the hotel.


Can you provide some information on the hotel I will be staying at? – Hotel information is located on the website under the tab for the trip you are inquiring about. There you will find hotel information as well as pictures. Or you can contact a rep for details as well.

 

I think I want to rent a car when I get to there, how is the parking at the hotel? – Contact a rep and they will be able to tell you the best solution for that.

 

Will there be internet access? - Depends on the hotel. Check the hotel website for details.
